In a StoryWalk, pages of a children's picture book are posted to signs and spaced along a path. StoryWalks are a fun, interactive way to promote early literacy, physical activity, and family time together in nature.
This downloadable toolkit includes a "how-to" for creating your StoryWalk, plus copyright permission and PDF files to print one copy of the book spreads forTotal Solar Eclipse: A Stellar Friendship Story. Also included are PDFs for Sun's Safe Solar Viewing Plege (11"x17") and several glossary terms (8.5"x11") for those who want a head start in enhancing their Stellar StoryWalk experience.
Stellar StoryWalk Toolkit
The StoryWalk® Project was created several years ago by Anne Ferguson with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Mountpelier, Vermont. StoryWalks have appeared in all 50 states!
